Are you ALICE? Do you live in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County? Is your household experiencing a financial hardship beyond your control? Have you had a sudden increase in expenses or decrease in income?
We may be able to help. Through the ALICE Assistance Fund, RockBurg CARES offers financial assistance to qualifying ALICE households who are facing financial hardship.
