Centralized Housing Intake (CHI) for the City of Harrisonburg, City of Winchester, and the counties of Rockingham, Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah, Warren, and Page offers a central point of entry for households experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

The center was formed through a partnership among Strength In Peers, Harrisonburg Rockingham Community Resource Center, Harrisonburg Rockingham Department of Social Services and Harrisonburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
